A little about me . . .
I have been a qualified non-directive Play Therapist since 2019 and, since then, have continued to support children, young people and their families in therapy.
Since 2007, I have worked in residential childcare settings, private work and volunteering in many areas related to supporting children and young people affected by trauma and additional needs.
I have worked in nurseries, primary and secondary schools. I have also worked with children who have social, emotional and behavioural needs within schools as an Assistant Psychologist and as a Play Therapist.
I have experience working alongside children with a range of needs such as Autism, ADHD, medical needs and developmental trauma. I can work with mild to very complex cases.
I am fully insured and PVG checked and offer a quiet therapy room where your child can feel free. This creates a safe base for them to express their feelings and thoughts.
As a fully qualified and accredited BAPT Registered Play Therapist, I follow the BAPT's code of ethics. Click here for more information.
